I’m a lover of life, a being of light. A women’s life coach: growth coach and a soul coach. Living in the here and now. Dancing to the rhythm of the waves of each chapter of life. I am a mommy and wife who has awakened to the realization that I freekin’ matter no matter what. When I thrive, we all thrive as a family.
But it wasn’t always like this. There was a time when I didn’t even know who “I” was, let alone the “Me” underneath my many titles.
I was sinking into the defects of my bad habits. I was just getting by and was f*n miserable.
I went from being stuck, unhappy, unfulfilled, zero motivation to discovering my purpose and awakening my true self. I always knew I was destined for more than what my thoughts told me. I had this potent inkling that would constantly whisper to my soul- you are meant for so much more. I was clouded by my thoughts. I followed that inkling even though my thoughts would tell me otherwise. I started reading, spending time in nature, pouring into my soul and so much more which led me on a journey. Then, I met my coach. She helped change my life! And I mean this with every fiber of my being. Working with a coach helped me create a balance that I was seeking. I fell in love with myself all over again. I liberated myself from my mental paradigm. I awakened to anything is possible and SO much more! I genuinely want this for you too!

And in our relationship, my focus is on YOU, 100%. I strictly focus on YOU, not the many hats you wear. There’s magic to this. I promise. I like to awaken the beast within- the bad ass woman. I am here to help you dig to your roots. Nourish them and watch you flourish. I am here to hold the mirror of light that you are my dear! Together we are going to break you free from the imprisonment of your thoughts.
